includes 3 different fabrics, cotton on back, minky dot on top and trim. An attached fleece blanket is optional but included in the price listed. Built in pillow stuffed with super soft polyfil The mat has 3 layers of plush batting. Velcro straps for closure and 1 inch Ribbon across the top for carrying over shoulder. 

Personalization is included in the price also.
