LEGO Party!
I did this party a while ago. I did it all... from the planning, to the shopping, to the styling, I stayed for the party and cleaned it all up. It's one of the last parties I planned that way. I tend to not seek help or use too many vendors. I "think" I can do it all. Those days have gone. I will do a few large parties a year, but I am now just focusing my time on getting the party kits done and mailed out! I did have the cookies made by my local cookie girl and the cake was made here locally by someone the Mom uses often. It was held at Art Space Downtown Shreveport. Lots of color and a lot of LEGOS! It was a great time and I learned a lot about what I can handle or what I want to handle. I will be back soon with the Party kit Post and I will also offer it in a Printable kit option. Enjoy!

My most Popular kit: John Deere
I am really trying to update some of my categories on the side bar. I have a lot of kits still not blogged or listed. I have feature the John Deere Party and it has become my most popular kit over the last two years. I've done it many different ways and even added some blue for a baby shower. I also sell a lot of the Printable kit. It is packed full of all the things you see in the party pictures and more. Here are a mixture of pics from a few kits I have done. I also get asked a lot about how to order. I do not have an Etsy store. I take orders through email and payments through Paypal. Now that I am offering all my kits in Printable files, I may finally give in and open the Etsy store just for Printables. Pricing list is now on the left side and the Contact info is on the right side.

Obstacle Course Party
I have been MIA for almost a month! I did get a little make over on my blog. I just had it cleaned up a little! I think I like the white background!!! I'm back and ready to work!
Here is a party I recently styled, location was set at a beautiful park. This is the first of a few parties coming up that I did from top to bottom. From set up to tear down and clean up! My client just had her 4th child and didn't have the time to really plan a party. Honestly, she was very laid back through the whole process. She told me three things, 1- he wanted chocolate cake, 2-he liked anything competitive, and 3-she wanted to have it at the park after school for all the kids in his class. THATS IT! Oh, and we were on a budget! I kept it simple but bright. I always like to see how far I can run with my independence and she let me! HA! So, I hired someone to do the cake and the cookies and I did the rest!! I even took all the pictures! Thank goodness I have a photographer that will be joining me for all my big parties coming up! What a weight lifted off my shoulders!! More about that later!
Cake made by a young local school teacher Leslie Brouilette. HERE is her Facebook | For the Love of Cake Cake topper and custom invitation made by KB Custom Designs
I got this idea for the medals from Martha Stewart Kids then had them made by Stacey Crawford. I added the ribbon to them and they turned out perfect and yummy!
I had to get wrapped candy in coordinating colors, which we ended up throwing in the snack sacks. A small candy buffet can still make a punch! Keeping it on a budget!!! Labels by KB Custom Designs
Snack sack filled with after school treats... chips, peanut butter crackers, and rice krispy treats!
Obstacle Course...
Here is my (budget friendly) take of the obstacle course I found from Martha Stewart Kids. This was very easy to do and fun for kids this age! Boys and girls!
Ok, it was a very windy day! So, my cute little Finish Line sign blew away! OH well!

Jack the Birthday Boy!
Bees were everywhere! They sure loved the cookies!
Custom invitation designed by ME! KB Custom Designs
This was a beautiful day at the park! Jack's Mom loved it and said she plans to hire me for her other kids birthdays! Hey, that's great!!! It all went really good! Had to plan it all out so not to forget the little things... candles, lighter, knife to cut the cake, etc. Things you can't just run inside for! I didn't forget anything which was all I could hope for with this brain! So, hope you enjoyed my cute little party! Leave me a comment and let me know what you think!!!!
